5 Takeaways From An Internet Break
It’s no secret that my page has been quiet for nearly 2 months. Prepping for the move and making sure I’ve got my head on straight takes a lot of work. I’ve also been working hard on directing my life very intentionally and reevaluating what I allow into it.
How in the hell do you plan for a move like this?
Here is how I’m keeping from pulling my hair out.
25 Hikes In The PNW
I started (really) hiking about a year ago. And I have now completed 25 different hikes in the area and logged over 150 miles.
Cancun : Chichen Itza and The Westin
The second half of our trip was to be spent in Cancun. The only thing on our to-do list was Chichen Itza. Other than that, the goal was to relax on the beach with a drink in hand.
Tulum : Ruins and Cenotes
Our time spent in Tulum wasn’t all tacos and beaches.
Tulum : A beach, a shot and a trolley
When Laura and I decided to head to Mexico, we opted to split our time and head to the small town of Tulum for the first half of the trip.
Lester Ghost Town
We were supposed to be going on a full day hike that included sunshine, the lake, a big group of friends and a few beers. But of course, plans change and people get busy and I get injured. Stupid ankle.
“Some Day” Isn’t A Real Day
Well I suppose its time to let the cat out of the bag…
A Day Trip To Cape Flattery
When I told my friends I wanted to do an Olympic Peninsula day trip, they quickly agreed. What they didn’t realize was that they were going to get a 5am Saturday morning wakeup call for it. Good thing they love me.
